AquilaStamps Return Policy
Simply put - our return policy is "No Questions Asked" - nothing more or nothing less.
It is important to us to make sure each of our customers realize we understand that it is possible an item we have sold is not exactly right. We do strive to insure that every item we have listed for sale is as described. If we have made an error and the item is not as described please notify us immediately by email at aquilastamps@gate.net or log on to your account here at aquilastamps.com. Once you log on here click on the Contact Us Form at left. It is helpful to check and make sure your e-mail spam filter will allow our email address.
Once you have contacted us and informed us of the problem, we will do all we can to rectify the situation. If the problem cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, we will be happy to refund your purchase price. "Store Credit" is not a useful way to offer a refund. We will send you an actual refund. It is our feeling that each of our customers needs to be satisfied with their purchases from us. We also sincerely wish to have each customer become a repeat customer.
